The universal experience with contractors is that they won’t deliver when they say, they quote low and then gouge on extras and changes, and their work doesn’t live up to expectations. Joe is the astonishing exception to that rule. His work was meticulous and excellent, he was completely reasonable about changes, and he and his subs were always on schedule. In addition to all that, he’s a genuinely pleasant guy to work with. We’re looking forward to another (kitchen this time!) project with him at the helm.
